🌼 Dandelion Wish
A gentle breathing practice for ages 3–6
- Imagine holding a dandelion filled with wishes.
- Breathe in slowly through your nose, letting your belly gently rise.
- Hold.
- Breathe out slowly through your mouth, as if gently blowing the dandelion and making a wish.
- Repeat 2–3 times, keeping each breath slow and gentle.
